Returns Policy

Towels-Wholesale.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Orders may be returned shipping prepaid within 10 days of receipt for a full merchandise refund without a restocking charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and still in original packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

Refunds are processed no later than the next business day of receiving your return. If paid by credit card, credits generally take 2-3 business days to post. Please contact us at service@towels-wholesale.com or call 800-975-1860 for return authorization. No unathorized returns allowed.

Shipping

Our centralized main warehouse location allows in stock product to delivery to nearly all of the continental United States within 3 business days or less.

Most small package orders will ship FedEx Ground. For larger orders, Towels-Wholesale.com reserves the right to ship with a less than truck load freight carrier. You will be contacted prior to shipping in order to discuss your particular receiving situation of large truck deliveries.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Towels-Wholesale.com has excellent discounts with both small package carriers as well as numerous less than truck load carriers. We pass these shipping savings on to you 100%.
