FAQ
Q. Which type of beach towel is best to print on?
A. Velour towels provide the best printing surface as the terry loops are sheared to provide an even flatness throughout the towel. Our Medium weight terry beach towel is also a viable option for printing.
Q. What shipping method do you use?
A. Orders will either ship FedEx Ground or if the order is large enough we will ship with a truck carrier. For truck shipments you will be contacted prior to the actual shipment to discuss any special requirements. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Q. How quickly will my order ship?
A. For stock items orders ship no later than the next business day. Oftentimes in stock orders ship the same business day. Because towels-wholesale.com is a direct importer of bar mops we carry extensive inventories that allow us to service our customers in a fast, efficient manner.
Q. Do you offer screen printing or embroidery services?
A. At this time we do not offer these services. Our suggestion is to contact a local screen printer or embroider who you will be able to communicate your exact needs with. We can ship the towels directly to the printer or embroider for your convenience.
Q. Why do my beach towels not absorb?
A. More than likely the towel is velour which is the preferred choice for printing but the downside is the lack of absorbency.
Q. Which type of beach towel is best to embroider on?
A. Again, velour towels provide the most even surface with the downside being the lack of absorbency. If you are looking for function in a towel the terry style is the best combination for both embroidery and absorbency. Sometimes cost is a final determining factor.
Q. What types of accounts purchase your beach towels?
A. Our beach towels are sold to a range of businesses including promotional products distribtuors, screen printers, distributors, country clubs, gyms, and hotels to name a few.
Q. Are there any beach towels made in the United States?
A. No. Like many other towel and textile items, manufacturing of beach towels is completely off-shore.
